We know that access information is at the heart of a lot of people’s planning before attending a festival, so we’re detailing below what we offer. Stainsby is a greenfield camping festival held across three fields that in some places have considerable slopes. It is a very contained festival: from the main entrance to the far edge of the festival is about 250 metres.
The main concert tent is 120metres from the main gate and has a blue badge holder drop-off point.
The furthest walk from the car park to the main gate is around 175 metres.
Accessible Toilets
We provide accessible toilets on the main site: two within the two main camping spaces and one within the main festival arena.
We know people rely on having access to these toilets, so we keep an extra eye out to ensure that they are maintained to a good standard throughout the festival. The toilets are regularly checked by volunteers. If you find any problems, please do let one of our volunteers know.
Accessible Camping
The camping field at Stainsby is not far from the main gate and drop-off points allow access to within 5om for blue badge hoders.
Please let our volunteers at the gate know if you need to use these drop-off points.

Taxi Drop Off Point & Accessible Day Parking
A Taxi drop-off point is accessible via the main festival entrance. Accessible parking for blue badge holders is available on the site close to the main venue.
Charging Points for accessibility equipment
Charging points for electric wheelchair batteries and other access equipment can be found at The Information Tent. The tent is staffed between 8am and 10pm
Strobe Lighting
Our light show for the main stage band at the end of each eveing involves flashing lights and swiftly changing light patterns but we do not use strobe lighting at any time.
