Ticket Info and Conditions
Car Park Tickets
Weekend or session tickets do not include parking – a separate car park ticket is required. You can purchase these with your general tickets.
Camping
Camping is included only with weekend tickets.
Under 12s
Children under 12 go FREE when accompanied by an adult.
Under 18s
All under-18s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.If you would like to book a free personal assistant ticket, please book the rest of your tickets as normal through Ticket Tailor. Then, when you have your booking reference number, please send us an email with your booking reference number included and the name of the person you’d like to bring. We will then keep a ticket available for them at the box office that you can collect on arrival. We recognise that the evidence above might not include everyone that has an access requirement. If you do not have any of the above evidence but wish to talk to us about free personal assistance tickets, email us on info@stainsbyfestival.org.uk.
Refunds
Please note that we cannot offer refunds. As a small charity, we rely entirely on ticket sales to support our charitable aims, so all tickets purchased through Ticket Tailor are unfortunately non-refundable.
Personal assistance / access tickets
We offer free personal assistant tickets. You are automatically eligible for this scheme if you can supply one of the following:
- Front page of DLA / PIP (no specific rate required)
- Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate required)
- Evidence you are registered as severely sight impaired (blind)
- Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
If you would like to book a free personal assistant ticket, please book the rest of your tickets as normal through Ticket Tailor. Then, when you have your booking reference number, please send us an email with your booking reference number included and the name of the person you’d like to bring. We will then keep a ticket available for them at the box office that you can collect on arrival.

In the interest of transparency, we’d like to note that, in keeping with our not-for-profit principles, we pass on to you only the booking fee amount that Paypal and Ticket Tailor charge us for their services. We don’t profit from these transaction fees in any way; and in return for the fees that are paid to these providers, both the festival and you as a ticket buyer are protected by their safeguards and guarantees.
In-person ticket sales
You can buy your tickets in person by cash or cheque, from:
Printshack, 39 St Mary’s Gate, Chesterfield S41 7TH.
If you prefer to buy them through the post, please download the Booking Form and send to PrintShack at the address above, enclosing your cheque and an SAE for return of vouchers.
And tickets are available on the gate at the weekend, but numbers are limited so it’s a good idea to check online for availability before travelling.
Please not that due to the ending of the cheque guarantee card scheme, we can’t accept cheques on the gate.
